18th century Trade Bead
18th Century Trade Beads
Beautiful set of very small trade beads. These are probably Italian made and imported to America for trade to the Native American during the F&I War era.
The string is 22″ long (11″ as a necklace). No doubt a Native American Brave would trade for these to be a gift to his squaw!
This necklace is threaded so tight that I cannot see the thread material.
Very nice original Native American Necklace!
